- From regional food and artisanal drinks to furniture, fashion and handcrafted home pieces, more than 140 Central Luzon MSMEs are bringing their products to Metro Manila shoppers at the 28th Likha ng Central Luzon Fair from September 23 to 27 at Megatrade Hall 2 in SM Megamall, Mandaluyong City.
With the theme “Products Reimagined, Made for the World,” the five-day fair will showcase products from entrepreneurs across Aurora, Bataan, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Tarlac and Zambales, giving them a direct platform to reach consumers in the capital.
Organizers are targeting P38 million in sales as local entrepreneurs offer a wide range of locally crafted goods, including processed foods, artisanal beverages, furniture, home furnishings, fashion accessories, traditional Filipiniana wear, jewelry, bags, holiday décor, woodcrafts, and organic cosmetics.
“Likha ng Central Luzon is about taking what is uniquely ours and reimagining it for a bigger market,” said DTI Region 3 Director Edna Dizon. “Our MSMEs are proving that products born from Central Luzon can be proudly made here and made ready for the world.”
The five-day event offers more than just shopping. Attendees can watch live craft demonstrations by local artisans showcasing both traditional and contemporary techniques, and sample locally sourced drinks at the dedicated Coffee and Beverage Corner.
A Special Product Showcase will highlight Halal-certified goods, high-value coconut items, and sustainable innovations developed through government assistance initiatives, such as DTI’s Shared Service Facilities (SSF) and the One Town, One Product (OTOP) Philippines program.
The trade fair is organized by DTI Region 3 and Philexport Region 3, with support from the Regional Development Council (RDC-3) and the Central Luzon Growth Corridor Foundation Inc. (CLGCFI). Admission is free throughout the five-day run at SM Megamall.
